Britain has chosen to leave the EU, the next big question we need to address is: what shall we seek to do instead?

Patrick Wintour ‏@patrickwintour

Gradual consensus in Tory leadership is to try to maintain access to EU single market. But the price - see Norway - is free movement & fees.

Is UKIP well placed?  They appeared to promise the NHS money and restricted immigration.  These aren't looking like they will happen.  Surely they will get some of the backlash.

Nobody is going to blame Corbyn as they didn't even realise which side he was on?

Fuchs is vice chairman of the CDU, Merkel's party

So we pay the same fees, but no EU grants for Cornwall, Teesside, Yorkshire, Wales etc.?  Have I understood that right?

that is what it implies

going to be a heck of a negotiation thats for sure

if you want to be part of an EEA, a european trade area seperate from but associated to the EU, you currentlyhave to accept freedom of movement to get access to the single market. Norway does.

Can imagine a good slug of leave voters thinking that is NOT what they have voted for

Boris said yesterday he wanted access to single market, free movement of uk citizens into EU but restrictions on migrants in

Is that even on the table? surely not?

The 38% fall in RBOS shares since brexit has cost the UK treasury 8  billion quid. Better hold onto to them for a bit then.

+250 billion market support from the BoE.  How long before we turn a profit we can spend on the NHS?
