25th amendment isn't an "outlier event". "Ill health" is the best way for the GOP to remove him.
It is very likely that Mueller is going to lay charges against Trump's inner circle and probably conclude that Trump tried to obstruct justice. His reaction to that or what he does to pre-empt that will seal his fate.
You can get 4.4 on betfair for 2018.
So we'd need his own cabinet and VP to oust him and two third majorities in both houses to ratify it (in the year of the midterms) before he is out. If our hopes are pinned on that, the price looks short. |

It's obviously just an excuse on Trump's part, but 'off location' is about right.
They've compromised by accepting a bad location for max security and a very ugly building for energy efficiency.
I think they could have done better.

Trump is going to ensure that the GOP is out of power for a generation. The people who see him as an enemy will be in power during that period so making an enemy of Trump is a good tactic.
