Quite surprising that the Republican leadership has again come up with a Healthcare Plan that is unacceptable to its own people. A couple of days ago it seemed that there were just three or four right-wing Senators like Paul & Cruz not on board, who all wanted the Bill to go further, and who would all have to come around and not be the ones responsible for maintaining Obamacare. Now that they are up to twelve Republican Senators against, with the others on the other side, ie saying that the Bill goes too far in cutting Medicare and so on, they are probably going to end up with a much watered-down version.

If the Republicans can't agree by Friday, they will probably end up negotiating with the Democrats. The Dems admit there are problems with the current model, so there is room to muddle something together. Expect to see the final outcome being a modified Obamacare to be falsely sold by all as a new world.
