Bernard Cribbins, aged 93.

The Railway Children is probably the role that sticks in mind for him, but there's a hell of a lot to choose from.

RIP

Biggest winner in us sports history.  What an amazing individual on and off the court.   So many modern day athletes owe him so much.   Insanely modest and the ultimate team player who only cared about the most important stat.   Winning.  RIP #6

I was not familiar with him at all, but just had a read of his lengthy Wiki page. Extraordinary.

R.I.P Judith Durham.
The Seekers were favourites of my Mum and Grandmother who became fans whilst living in Australia so were regularly heard in our house.

Can barely believe she was 73. Grease seems like it was only yesterday.

On the day that Newton-John’s death was reported, her Grease co-star John Travolta shared a message dedicated to her honor.

“My dearest Olivia, you made all of our lives so much better. Your impact was incredible. I love you so much. We will see you down the road and we will all be together again. Yours from the first moment I saw you and forever! Your Danny, your John!” he wrote on Instagram.

I've watched Grease more times than I can remember.  They played Summer Nights at my 40th and I remember within a minute all the boys and girls there split up into 2 opposing sides belting it out to each other, such fun!

Tom Weiskopf has passed away. Can barely believe he was 79.

Won the Open, but how he never won the Masters is a mystery, was runner-up 4 times. Great golfer, though he found it difficult to control his temper at times.

Ralph will remember him well, I'm quite sure, not sure too many others will.

Weiskopf had an interesting escape after getting trapped in a peat bog after checking out the 14th hole while designing Loch Lomond golf course:
