Just been told Anna Medici  was lame this morning so might have run like god not getting the 11/4
Also gonna bet wolfcatcherjack from the same yard at 5/4, was sure I put it in the tracker but looks like I didn't.

Freddie and Evie came back at 3pm and have been brilliant with Percy
Gonna get them both to bed and hopefully sneak Fred back down for the city Everton
Match if Evie is asleep. Percy chilled out in his basket in the middle of the living room
Like a statue in a museum

Congrats on the new addition to the family! Am enjoying reading so far. I have a bunch of questions but an easy one first.

What is your favourite track to go and watch racing at and/or your favourite experience you have had at the horses?

Favourite track is either pontefract or ripon both lovely little tracks
I much prefer going a quiet midweek than a busy Saturday.

Favourite experience at the races was my 30th bday at a Chester matinee
Meeting the day of the England 1-2 Italy game in the world cup, can't remember much of
The match

About to get a couple hours in bed then swap round  and do the early morning shift.
Freddie was a bit hyped up tonight when he came home and was a bit too eager to get involved
With feeding and nappy changing Percy which wasn't his fault he's so caring but we had to lay the law
Down a little bit. Evie was a saint and toned it down a lot tonight. Guessing they will be up and about demanding
Juice, breakfast and first dibs on the iPad around 7am so gonna snore my head off now

Wow vick let me have 6 and a half hours kip (more than I usually get) but I dunno if she was being
A bit shrewd as now the kids are up so im looking after all 3 but Percy is fast on now.

Fred still has his dummy. It's like his sheepskin noseband it just settles him as he's prone to
Some almighty meltdowns. It's just his little bit of comfort. I know he's too old for it now and me and his mum
Been very soft on it but it calms him instantly during a meltdown so we've let him have it
During the night or during a meltdown. Anyhow he's just come down with it in his hand saying he doesn't want it anymore and handed it to me
Saying Percy can have it. Kids can drive you mad one minute and melt your heart the next.

Horsey stuff--  women's apprentice races are very much en vogue and they don't work like they used to.
You used to have to watch a race of this kind looking for the non trier before the job jockey got on next time.
Thesedays you have to watch the stable jockey giving it an easy time so it's lined up for a woman claiming 7 the next time.
Trainers are very supportive of women apprentices so I'll be on the lookout in the near future.

It was the making of me tho ,it made me grow up ,we had some great times
my advice is to treat them all the same which I'm sure u will

I first discovered online poker by reading the poker europa magazine in napoloeans Sheffield where I first played live
I wanna say about 2001/2. £10 rebuys and £20rbs that magazine was everything to me, I'd read if from cover to cover
And idolise the Hendon mob, camel, Garry bush, Ali mallu, etc.. the first site I played on online was VCpoker (I liked the software best) about 2004
And met Moorman/pab/flushy/geeforce on their. In 2015 I was Moorman's best man, and been friends with flushy and pab for a good 11 years and always get on with GeForce wherever we meet. A great group to get a grounding in poker

Percy will have to pull out all the stops to get a word in edgeways while Fred is about, were the best of
Friends and he's like my 2nd skin. Fred and Evie still spend every other weekend with their dad. Vick Fred and Evie
Are the only ones on the planet (baring Vicks friends and family understandably) that call me Richard.

Poker guys call me trigg always
Friends from home call me Rick always as my parents have since I was about 8

Out of earshot I'm sure there are other names I can add to that list!

We all lived for that magazine, even though it was, astonishingly, printed in 3 languages, so two thirds of it was repeated info we could not even read.

First thing I did was look inside the back cover to read El Blondie's column, then scanned the Results section. 7th place in a tenner rebuy and we had our name in a magazine, yay.

Naps Sheffield was amazing, & when the big boys came up - Camel, Colclough, Bushy, Joe Beevers, Shipley, Julian or Dave Gardner, Jac Arama (!) etc, we thought it was just great.

Naps Sheffield (Owlerton) is still the only venue I've played in which had a 200 denom tournament chip, too. Mind you, all the chips would stick together, unriffleable, as they were so filthy.
