Seems like the 1 billion plus vaccines have been a complete waste of time then in your opinion if I have interpreted you correctly. So yeah fair enough

Such a crazy stance since being vaxed doesnt stop you catching it or passing it on and pretty sure these players wont be a drain on any state provided medical care. Is there a logic to this beyond, we're taking this approach with our population so we cant give exemptions to foreigners

Who you getting your medical info from, the towie virologist on Twitter?

Tbf, both you and Bergeroo resorting to ad hominem makes me realise how solid my ground is here :-)

It's a FACT that it doesn't stop you catching Covid.

It's a FACT that you can still be contagious.

It's a FACT that Novicaneovic will be able to afford to go private if he needs any healthcare or more likely, as the strapping epitome of fitness that he is, he aint likely to require hospitalisation.

Natch, yr all quite mad and only Horners comes up with a good reason for 'Good'.

It's a FACT you are less likely to catch it
It's a FACT your less contagious if you have it
Its a FACT not all the tennis players are multi millionaires

now please take your conspiracy theories back to the covid thread

thank you for your time

1 bn is good, 4-5 bn or whatever the adult pop of the world is, would be better. I personally love a vax and got another couple coming over the next couple of weeks.

I don't think I've ever expressed an anti vax sentiment in my life so it is surprising to me that people could interpret anything I've said that way.

Anyway, seems commenting on someone else's comment regarding the intersection between Tennis tournaments and the world around us is unwelcome. As a celebrity, I am not surprised to find myself cancelled with barely a voice these days.

Even if they have no or few symptoms, the chance of them transmitting the virus to other unvaccinated housemates is about two in five, or 38%.

This drops to one in four, or 25%, if housemates are also fully vaccinated.

Shrugs

less likely to catch it, so passing it on when you have it is barely half the story.

Plus anti-vaxxers are more likely to have bad habits, less likely to be wearing a mask, and less likely to isolate for a "fake" virus.

I am not for vaccine passports in pubs, because I don't really think it makes a huge difference if you get 2 of them in a room with 20 people in it.  The risk is very likely to be less than 50% higher than having a room full of 20 people who have done the right thing.  I'd be a bit more risk averse if I walked into a pub and Lozza Fox and his crew were all stood at the bar.  And I wouldn't really want to do long haul sat next to one.

I think we just let Australia do what they like, we just look like a bit dumb criticising them, when they have had much more succesful stragies than ours.

Lazy commenting, so you deserve at least 7 lashes.

Have to make an example of a-list celebs, when we can Wink

As for the quoting, you all want an absolute shellacking for the abomination that is the last few pages

i loved this thread after i got my mum interested in tennis with amazon
i even put on a few crazy bets like Norrie for Aussie open at 100-1
it was a break for me from reading about covid everywhere on social media
and the news etc.
this was a break from it i mentioned it on here as i thought it would have an impact on odds etc
i am sorry i have done that as its brought covid onto a haven i had away from it
don't worry i will now step away from this thread as well

Don't be silly, absolutely no need for that.

No harm, no foul. Or whatever it is they say Smiley

I'm sure it's all good in the hood, and we can just proceed as before.

Yeah, don't go. Got some big Norrie sweats in the New Year, and still got the top 10 sweat to go too.

Cameron Norrie just lost, which means he can only get in the end of year finals if someone drops out.  It looks like he will also finish just outside the top 10; I think he'd have made it if he won this match.

There is still a high chance he makes top 10 when he next plays; it looks like he is going to be only 40 points behind Nadal with a likely big gap to whoever is in 12th in the rankings at year end.

Norrie runs good.   I haven't checked, but assume he is year dnd top 10 if he wins a match.

Calling Ironside, he is about to start.  betfair now 40/75 on BF for the Australian Open.  Skybet still 80/1.
