Have you got CCTV or a ring doorbell? Surely the box for two pillows would be a lot larger than an iphone?

If you can show that I would have thought that should be enough for Amazon to deal with this.

Otherwise, I would follow there instructions.

Ring your bank, they should be able to refund it for you.

Yeah think they call it a chargeback.

Did you pay with a credit card? If so then it's the credit card companies fault as much as the supplier.

The drawback of doing a chargeback is you might very well be banned from buying anything from Amazon again. If you care about that.

debit card

You can still do a charge back on a debit card, but as Skippy said there may be some comeback from Amazon.

Do Amazon really stop selling stuff to people after one chargeback?   That seems a bad commercial decision even if some chargebacks are fraudulent.

Who is the seller here?

This all feels odd unless it was a simple mis-click. You should be able to see what happened by reference to your Amazon, Bank and email accounts.

Your amazon account has a history of past orders - what is shown there for this purchase?
How much did you pay the seller? It’s either a very cheap iPhone or very expensive pillow cases.
Amazon send lots of emails associated with purchases, what do they say?

link the listing you bought

Apple iPhone SE 32GB - Space Grey - Unlocked
Sold by: Connected247
£294.47

this is connected 247 reply

Dear Mr Morris,

Can you confirm that you ordered this item from the Connected247 shop as we do not sell iPhones? Only Amazon are authorised to sell iPhones on the Amazon platform.

If you can provide your Amazon order number I will raise this with Amazon seller support on your behalf.

Kind regards,

Kristian

Link to their amazon page which clearly says they sell mobiles

“We joined Amazon as a platform to sell mobile products during 2013, but our business has been trading since 2007.

Our philosophy is a simple one:

We aim to offer the widest choice of mobile products at the best possible prices backed up by great customer service.”

Yet they sent you pillowcases?
