Have you got CCTV or a ring doorbell? Surely the box for two pillows would be a lot larger than an iphone?
If you can show that I would have thought that should be enough for Amazon to deal with this.
Otherwise, I would follow there instructions.

Ring your bank, they should be able to refund it for you.
Yeah think they call it a chargeback. Did you pay with a credit card? If so then it's the credit card companies fault as much as the supplier. https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/credit-cards/PayPal-Section75/#what

The drawback of doing a chargeback is you might very well be banned from buying anything from Amazon again. If you care about that.

You can still do a charge back on a debit card, but as Skippy said there may be some comeback from Amazon.

This all feels odd unless it was a simple mis-click. You should be able to see what happened by reference to your Amazon, Bank and email accounts.
Your amazon account has a history of past orders - what is shown there for this purchase? How much did you pay the seller? It’s either a very cheap iPhone or very expensive pillow cases. Amazon send lots of emails associated with purchases, what do they say?
