It seems that 'show one show all' isn't really something they're too fussed about down here - Rafi minimum raised Simon Trumper's big blind from the small blind, and when he folded, showed him one card.  Simon made a face like he was eating a lemon and everyone went about their business with no hand waving and insistence on being in on the secret.  In case anyone didn't already know that Americans have their own interpretations of rules.... oh and there's lots of Grabbing Big Stack and Raising a few piles At Random, just like on TV.

The final table blinds are now 4000 8000.

My friend Edgard Skjervold is probably around the Omaha Final somewhere, watching his 20% in "Aces" Trumper getting him rich(er), say hello from me will you Tikay? I added a pic of him in case you don't know him.

I think those pics are excellent - now just imagine about 20 times what you can see per picture and you get an idea of the scale of it.  I will have a look for your friend sig...

In flurry of action I NOVAK out 9th, AND ERIK SEIDEL out 8th -

Following on from Vinny's taking out short stack Novak, Erik Seidel gets all in with the double-suited Aces, called by Rafi with AKQQ.
The board comes 3 5 A.......J.....10 and suddenly they are down to seven, and all before the dinner break.

Sig, Edgard is not at the table right now, he's gone for something to eat.

And a slight correction to Jen's last post - it was  Simon Trumper who rivered the straight to bust Seidel.

Derek Baxter has made an amazing comeback, he's up to about 200k now.

FERIT GABRIELLSON out in 7th.

Having become very short, he eventually found a hand to move all-in with, getting 2 callers (Simon Trumper (S.B.) and Jeff Rine)
Flop comes 2 Q 8, all clubs, followed by the Ah and then K, also of clubs.  It is checked down by the 2 players with chips, and Simon went on to show the J4c which was good enough to win a 62000 pot and knock out Gabriellson in 7th.

By the way Tikay - I hope you are wearing your "Blue Club Poker Room - Bergen, Norway"-shirt. (I shouldn't have to ask, but...)

Simon Trumper lost a few having gotten into a preflop raising battle with Rafi, seated to his right.  He initially reraised a further 64000 and when Rafi raised again, had a big decision and after a lengthy dwell passed, showing Kings.

The short stack appears to be Todd Brunson, on around 70000.  I heard a friend of his shouting to him "I've got your dad on the phone - he wants to know your chip count!"  So that's how I know it.

TODD BRUNSON OUT IN 6th

The unstoppable Rafi took out short stack Brunson with JJ77 which fit nicely with the board of 9 3 J 3 K.  Brunson was all-in with Q 10 9 8 double-suited red.

He wins the Most Original Haircut award in my opinion, however, for his mullet-cum-5footponytail.

I say the haircut award goes to Trumper. Brave, very brave.
