Both Jen and Dustin played the hand right.
From Jen's perspective, she's hoping her opponent is on a pair or a flush draw -- not both. (If he has an overpair between kings and sevens, she's a HUGE favorite.)
From Dustin's perspective, he's a favorite over the range of hands someone would hold after moving all in on that flop. He's slightly ahead of an overpair (unless she has a higher spade in her hand), he's ahead of a higher flush draw (because of his pair), and he's ahead of an open-ended straight draw. And of course he's way ahead of a bluff (if she had something like A-K).
Both players were correct in their analysis and their play. It's just unfortunate for Jen that her opponent hit a weak flop so hard, and hit the outs he needed to eliminate her.
Alright, I have finished beating this dead horse. Congratulations to Jen for her great play in the biggest event in European history, regardless of the outcome!
