looks like its all over for the playoffs this year, we might sneak in but I very much doubt it.  Still at the start of the season I would have taken this for sure.

hopefully we can improve the squad and challenge next year, lots of sloppy goals this year but as I say if we are able to build on this year hopefully we can be back in the prem in 2012!

Agree with this but do think it will be a tougher championship next year with Brighton and Saints pushing in the top half and teams like West Ham, Wolves, Wigan all have decent squads and will have money (Blackpool the exception, they will go straight down to League One).

Cant understand why Livermore started, he was terrible on Friday and was subbed at . Played appalling today and was subbed at . Same with Paynter, no idea how you can start a striker by himself who's scored 1 goal all season. Watt and Somma should have started.

Been a good season tho, with a better defense auto promotion would have been a real possibility.

As for all these clowns on yorkshire radio saying Grayson out, we were mid-table in L1. Now we've narrowly missed out on the playoffs in our first season in the Champ. Great effort

agree 100%.

I am proud of Leeds this season, we nearly had a great season. The league was the most open for years, next year it will be alot harder.

I have to say that yesterday was what a proper football match was all about.  Big game for both sides, lovely weather, good sized crowd, and great support for both sides - did not see a hint of trouble before during or after the game.  Leeds fans were good throughout, behind their team 100%.  Wasnt the best match in the world but very tense, especially for the Palace fans as we spent the whole of the second half defending!
Think the injury to Becchio has been massive for Leeds for the last couple of matches, but they look a strong solid outfit and should do well again next season.

4/5 goals in 2 years/40+ games (ok a few as sub I guess)

Didn't do much on loan at Carlisle.

Did even less on loan at Swindon, told Hart to shove it, who then said ''good riddance to bad rubbish'' when he left.

A non-goalscoring striker.

Somma amazing strike rate, becchio scores lots, plus paynter and Ross mc who just got recall to Scottish squad. Also nuenez (spell) coming back from good loan spell at scunny means hen was 6 th choice. Seeing as we play one up front a lot no room for him.

Paynter has to go, hoping Nunez gets a good run pre season, could be a diamond in the rough
