Facebook.
I don't use it, I don't even know what it looks like, but....
Can 1.1 billion people really be wrong?
Yes.
They just don't know it yet.
5.9 billion people can't be wrong
Which I'm assuming is the number of people who don't use it?
To be fair, we should try to ascertain how many have a choice.

I can't agree. If you have no means you have no choice.

I can't agree. If you have no means you have no choice.
You would still have a choice just not the means to exercise it.

It's an excellent way of keeping in touch with friends and family who aren't near and it's up to you who you allow on your page. I know some people who have one account for just family/very close friends and another account for everyone else. Two accounts is too much work imo, so I lump the lot in one and keep that in mind before I post anything. Basically, if you're willing to post it on blonde, it's ok for FB too. If I want to keep something on FB private, just send them a private message.

Caution, rude sounding reply below. Only using this tone because I know that you know I don't mean to be rude.
So that's your argument is it? The only time we have no choice is when God decides something. Apart from that, we all always have a choice?

If I get a request from someone I don't know or want on my page, there's a 'not right now' option (or something like that). Clicking on it, clears the request from your page. Nothing more to do. It's your wall and up to you who has access. I look at it as my own 'safe' corner of the internet and I don't care who's offended by not being there.

Facebook is, I will venture to say, reaching its peak now. It won't be long before something else comes along as the "in" thing and the sheep will bleat elsewhere.
It serves a good purpose for a lot of people, I hasten to add.

You've just made me think of a downside.
I've loads of photos uploaded to my facebook that aren't stored any other place, as well as photos from family scattered around that I'd not have only for FB. In the unlikely event FB were ever to go tits up, I'd be stuffed when it comes to those. Time to get sorting them...just in case.
