Thank you Mike. That certainly gives me plenty to go at.
1. No underfloor heating 2. No inhibitor sticker. 3. No. I asked the plumber to service it last time he was here. He said it really doesn’t need it yet. It has a Magnaclean, and I asked him to clean that, again he said doesn’t need it yet. 4. Yes, onto old pipe work although I had a couple of new radiators put in and obviously a bit of new pipe work in the boiler cupboard. 5. Yes
I’ll take a look outside in the morning. It would be great if it was this.
I don’t remember the plumber putting inhibitor in the system, I’ll ask him.
I’ll get him to do that leak test.
Thank you very much, you’ve been incredibly helpful.
I’ll report back shortly.

Hi all,
I had a new combi boiler fitted 2 or 3 years ago. After about a year, the boiler lost pressure and I repressirised it and rang the plumber and he said
‘ well let’s see if it happens again ‘
Well it did happen again about six months later. I rang him again and said I would really like this sorted please. He said well there is a water leak somewhere, most likely underground under the house and the only way you can find it is to dig up the ground floor !
I have solid oak flooring throughout the ground floor except for tiles in the kitchen.
I asked the plumber if there was not some piece of equipment that could find the leak ? He said there was, but it was expensive, not very effective, and that he didn’t have one.
My boiler lost pressure on 17th January and again today, which means that once a week I either come home to, or wake up to a cold house.
Any help would be much appreciated. xx

I always find it amusing when from nowhere Diane Abbott is mentioned. It’s astonishing.
If a white MP had done what she had done, it wouldn’t have made the news or social media. The only reason Diane Abbott clangers make the news is because she black.
Shame on you.
What a load of tosh Aaron. When I think of Diane Abbott, I don’t think black, I just think thick.

Still think the best way home is the AA/BA route. Vegas to JFK at around noon, getting to NY at 7.30pm. Night in a hotel, leave NY at 8.05, back to UK around 8pm.
Means no night flight back and gets round jetlag. Or it does for me.
That sounds like a nightmare, lol. After a few weeks there, I want to get home. I don't mind the overnight flight, I just put the headphones on and sleep for most of it. Agree. Once I leave Vegas, I just want to get home ASAP.

Local cash only for me at weekends when the games are still soft enough to have a good laugh with the regs and win a few quid. No banter in a live game now and i just leave no matter how profitable it is. Dabbled on sky poker now and again late at night once the evening dogs have finished to relax and won a few quid over the last year or so but not totally convinced if you are a 1% sports punter on skybet they 'flick the switch' to make sure you don't win too much on poker. Sounds crazy but given how soft the site is my mtt graph shouldn't look how it does shape wise. First big win mtt wise alarms bells go off at , 1% sports betting account viewed and you suddenly break even for the next 9 months in games that are impossible to break even in against the lolregs. Going to let the dust settle and try my theory on a 100% clean skybet/poker account previously unused and see if the account runs closer to ev than the previous one did. Marc?! Marc?! You are shrewd enough that Shirley you don’t believe this is the case?! MTT variance is insane and hard even for pro punters to fully comprehend...but it is what it is. This. I was very surprised at your post Arb.

Only caught glimpses here and there as on holiday but this seems like a proper test match here.......grinding it out.
In other news I didn’t know you could buy a sky sports ‘mobile’ subscription, bought it yesterday and it’s either £6 or £11 a month depending on which channels you want. Seems a great deal and I might consider ditching the snide streams I sometimes watch in favour of this, no way I’m paying for their full TV sports package as I only watch rugby and cricket.
You can just buy Rugby and Cricket now for your tv, not just mobile.

Couple of long term Fred bets were NFL winners last night:
Baltimore cruised squeaked home to beat the Browns and, with it, claim the AFC North.
Julio Jones won the receiving yards title. At one point, Nuk Hopkins threatened to overtake him on the line, but a few passes by Matt Ryan saw Julio stretch ahead again. He won by 100 or so in the end.
--------------------------
The George Kittle bet also won and a fourth quarter bonanza meant Kittle overtook the line that Kelce had set for the tight end record (Kelce's Chiefs finished their game much earlier than Kittle's 49ers).
Had I spotted Kelce being 50 yards in front to start with, I wouldn't have been as bullish about the bet, but I was still happy the line of 78.5 hadn't taken this situation fully into account. The Rams' big lead against the 49ers played perfectly into our hands. Bet landed just after midnight and Kittle finished with 14 targets, 9 receptions and 149 yards.
Thank you Tal
