Labours claims of saving families 6 grand a year have been utterly rinsed, comical at times

Jo Swinson doing pretty well in this Neill interview. Quite composed and reasonable grasp across a range of issues. She's surprised me. She was unlucky in that audience bear pit the other day

I don’t care what Corbyn watches at Xmas, but Rayner trying to wriggle out of that lie was cringeworthy.  Rayner is horrendous.

The New Statesman article refusing to endorse any party is hard to disagree with, from my perspective.

Not too bad, apart from the BXP anomaly.

I was a little surprised I got none.  There was a couple of labour party policies that I recognised and thought rediculous already, but I assumed some of the others would be labour policy.  I think the greens must have come a long way, or labour have moved a long way, as in the past it was easier to dismisss the green policies as unaffordable and fairyland stuff.

The Jewish Labour Movement submission to the EHRC has been leaked, prompting headlines today regarding the 70 or so Labour staff members involved in providing testimony towards it.

There are a few commentaries on it, and links to the full document, below.  Reading the various responses to these tweets from the Corbynista twitter brigade is probably equally as revealing as the actual report.  For those not familiar with them (lucky you), this is pretty typical of the sort of content you get from the #JC4PM and #GTTO hashtags, and is a significant part of why the Labour Party is currently as much of a moral cesspit as the Tory Party in the eyes of many former Labour supporters.  Beyond the issue of antisemitism, the online bullying, whataboutery and deflection are typically used against anyone who has the slightest reservation regarding the suitability of Corbyn as supreme leader, but this is the topic which is currently under independent investigation, hence the relevance and the fact it's a major news headline.

Alternatively, a quick click on the trending 'Jewish Labour Movement' tag currently throws up a decent proportion of outrage from Corbyn supporters within the mix, some of which just fuels the fire of the original complaint further.  It's very difficult to envisage how the EHRC will fail to declare the Labour Party as institutionally antisemitic when it ultimately reports on this investigation.
