Unbelievably bad.

I enjoyed it though.

Now the diet starts, & the weird thing is I'll enjoy that even more, I really will. The sense of achievement is immense, matched only by my shame that I piled it back on so fast. It was always so, my entire life. 

Once I get my head right, the diet will be easy, a perfect pleasure. Starting is the tough part. If I can get from today through to Friday, that'll be it, I can guarantee that 24lb loss in three months. If I don't, I'm in trouble.

Really, I should leave starting it until Sunday, which will be the 1st of September. Makes it easier to work in whole months. There, an excuse already.... 

Hence coming back onto this thread, which I hope will force me to do it.

You now weigh more than me. Just saying.

Not any more. Have shed 5lbs since I started, and will be under 13 stone by the end of September. Guaranteed.

The nerve gas attack stinks to me! Way too convenient, and no solid evidence all of a sudden after immense international pressure. I know Assad is a mentalist, but of all the things he could due, surely that would be up there with the most stupid? Conventional killing seems to have been serving him just fine to date.  

Too many respected voices say military intervention is a bad idea. Don't get me wrong, I think the UN And "talking" will get is nowhere and certainly won't stop the killing anytime soon. I'm just not sure dropping bombs will stop the killing either

I'm a fan of tattoos in general but not a fan of her bum one, although my opinion doesn't remotely matter as long as she likes it. That's my stance on a lot of things.

I actually rebuilt some brickwork the other day, which in man skills terms ranks in my top 5 achievements for sure.

Its not worthy of pictures, there will be no appreciation of what I have done (no before pics). But I was chuffed !

Button flush. I pressed down on the button, no pressure at all. I took the lid off the cistern, which immediatley triggered some water to start moving around the pipes (I could hear it) and it worked again. Had the exact same thing happen about three times at a previous house.

Probably something to do with the syphon not having release properly and when you unscrew it that's what happens.

Do a quick test and see if the counter turns faster when you turn all the lights on, iron, kettle etc

Switch off the main fuse switch to isolate everything and see if its still ticking!

Im pretty sure it is saul who poisons brock. In that same episode (I think), is where saul and huell got to brocks house to deliver the payment and saul is playing with him for a little bit
