what I'm trying to say is that if the top rated team in the cup can't beat a nonleague team in a game with no controversial reffing decisions, deflected goals, fluke clearances etc then why do people feel that they deserve more than a replay?

yes on another day it would've been 3 or 4 nil, but on that other day you would've scored 3 or 4 goals and so deserved to go through

"If that happens then my hope is that Sir Alex will view this with the same importance as us supporters do – we want to see a full strength United side play against the Leeds scum and totally and utterly humiliate them.  This tie should not be treated as a learning experience for the younger players because if it goes wrong and we lose to Leeds then there will be hell to pay. There is no team, not even City or Liverpool, that I enjoy beating more than Leeds.

The young players can learn on another day – to beat Leeds means everything."

marv. plz pay the same team that lost to Besiktas Alex. k thx.

Leeds play pretty decent footy for the division although we keep it tight in middle and dont mind the long ball when needed (see 2nd Brighton goal a few weeks ago). It is 100% better football than Wise and alot more effective than Mccallister who didnt realise the importance of actually defending.

Ephraim might play tonight although places are hard to get at the moment as he does not want to tinker too much with a winning team. He decent?

Hope he does not play Vokes tonight.

Hogan's a bit lightweight, but pretty skilful.

Very much a confidence player. A couple of managers gave him a game or two then put him back on the bench and he never showed much, then Sousa gave him a long run in the side and boosted him up in the press etc and he performed really well.

Been out of the picture since Magilton took over (been injured too).

Think in the right circumstances he could perform really well (as long as the fans don't get on his back if some of his flicks and tricks don't come off early)

Led 3 times tonight only to concede equalisers within 2,2 and 4 minutes. League top scorers with a dodgy defence, should be a good game this Saturday. 3-4 us  Roll Eyes
