It appears as though Mark Hawkins has slipped through the net and made a sharp exit.

Ryan Frondo - 35,400

Ryan is currently sponsored by VC Poker and really is a solid player. He can make moves (just see his A-9 vs 6-8 hand against Rousso from earlier on), but knows when to slow down. A tough customer indeed.

He also featured in the article I wrote a day or two ago regarding soft-play in Barcelona.

Lots of results Cheesy

It's Fronda as opposed to Frondo

Meanwhile, Donnacha O'Dea is quietly accquiring chips, I saw a late position raise to 2k followed by a call, was met by a re-raise from the Irishman to 8.5k which was followed by two quick folds.

The newly adopted (unbeknownst to him) Oscar is up to 30k, a late raise on his big blind was met by an all-in from our man leading to another quick fold from the raiser. (Good, I think there's far too much unnecessary dwelling going on.)

Finally, Vanessa Rousso has lost a fair amount of her stack in the last few hours, is down to 15k after folding to a 6k bet on the turn of a Q-9-4-6 board, thought she took a fair while to muck her cards.

Ramzi Jelassi is OUT

"Probably the sickest pot in EPT history," he claims.

Whether he was being sarcastic or not I'm unsure.

Blinds are just about to go up. At the moment they are still at 300 and 600 with a running ante of 75.

There are currently 68 players left with the average stack of 29,400.

Tyler Netter gets unlucky with the rather attractive Linda Nygren.

K-K vs A-Q

Ace third card.

I'm not sure how I could ever get unlucky with any female...

Just spoke to the very friendly Mr Fox, who has 18.5k, who said with a wink and a smile he got it from 'Outplaying Gus' who was sitting to his left. Gus not impressed.

Finally, we have a nice little runner runner for you thanks to Sid Harris.

All the chips went flying in on a  flop

Mateyboy:

Harris: Errrr....

Turn:

River:

Come on guess? Go on.....

Yup....

At least half the table groaned as if they'd just had a bad airline meal.
