So is Dutchman Kees Bal who was removed from the TV table by Devilfish. J-9 vs Q-T on a Q-3-T Flop. No improvement.

The two players either side of the dealer are Jerome Bradpiece (left) and Jan Pieter Postmus of the Netherlands (right).

Both were involved in a big pot, one in which the Brit took down when he re-raised all-in on a board of Two Diamonds

With 20k in the pot before they even reached the River, the Dutchman opted to fold.

And here are JJ Hazan and Barny Boatman just after a battle of the blinds contest.

On a board of , JJ checks, Barny bets 3.3k and Hazan makes it 13.3k.

Barny calls after a brief spell in the think tank with to take the pot, beating Hazan's three clubs .

"Were you close to folding?" I asked Barny.

"He'll say no but I reckon he must have been," replied Hazan.

"I played it badly," added Hazan, "I should have bet the flop."
