No, sportinglife states "Everton have accepted an offer from an unnamed club" think Kenny signed him on the sly? LOL - there was some weird rumour about Liverpool being interested some time back - but really, really doubt it. At least Carragher would get to kick him every training session instead of waiting for the Derby game  . Heard rumours that he might actually be crossing Stanley Park to come to Liverpool. |

Would it be totally ridiculous to describe today's game as a relegation battle?
Why is it even remotely ridiculous? This far into the season and there both only 3 pts away. Doesn't seem like a midtable clash to me. At the moment both are looking just below them and not above. Definitely relegation concerns, but I'm sure both will finish mid-table. |

Everton without Cahill and Pienaar look completely toothless.
Don't kid yourselves that if you get 3 points here it's the start of a revival, you would be real relegation candidates if can't beat this Everton XI.
No sane Liverpool fan would think this. There's not enough quality in our squad to think this. |

It's been about 25 years since Evertons midfield was better than ours
Now 36 league matches since Everton won at Anfield having conceded. Really thought they were going to break that run today. Kuyt and Kelly my MOTM. If only Maxi had lived up to his promise, it would have been a Liverpool win today. He just hasn't delivered for us, and today was a case in point. |

@paul_tomkins 2-2. Results not improving under Kenny, but football a lot better than it has been all season. Defeat would have been a scandal.
