All the best today.

11am start gives you a nice little edge Tony - it's only the super-seniors who are accustomed to getting up early enough for that - sweet.
I'm hoping to hear manifold tales of derring-do and expecting very few arseholes left unripped by the time my morning coffee and squeeze comes around.

Thanks Ralph.
Solid start here, 9,000 from 7,500 starting. Is not meaningful in itself, just 30 minutes in, but it has settled the nerves and helped address the inferiority complex. Barry who?

I cashed in this very event last year, 36th of 773 for about $5,000. Could use a repeat of that right now, with the score currently reading 0/5 and a $4k hole.

I am dealt......
Beautiful PLO hand, and I plan to get involved when Mr Greenstein bets.
Fella behind him 3 bets.
No problem, still plan to get involved.
Sneery, aggro, mean- looking Russian then 5 bets.
Plan B then, fold.
It's a very marginal spot, that, maybe it was a call, but it just feels a bit early to go to war for stacks.
Would you call there?
PS - pretend you don't know the flop came 9-9-8.

Yikes, I'm a-guessing he is in a deeper hole than me, then.

Level 1 complete.
9,200 from 7,500.
The Russian is being a proper pain, that apart, I am cool like Fonzy.

3 at the FT it is, then.
I'm stripbound this evening, so I will head up to see what kind of castles you are all building with your stacks.
