The attached incoming puff was from Betfair, though several others came, too.
I thought the highlighted part was quite interesting - amazing how often the Chippy going into a Final - at ANY level in Poker - fails to get the job finished.
JONATHAN DUHAMEL is the 2-1 favourite on Betfair to take home the World Series Of Poker title and coveted gold bracelet in November. The 22 year-old pro from Canada goes into the final on Saturday 6th November with a big chip lead (65,975,000) over his nearest rival, American John Dolan who is a 5-1 shot (46,250,000). Duhamel could make history by becoming the first Canadian to win the Main Event title.
Amongst the favourites is popular pro Michael “The Grinder” Mizrachi, the 29 year-old pro from Florida can be backed at 8-1. If he were to take down the Main Event it would secure his Player of the Year bid as well as being his fifth cash and second bracelet this year at the WSOP.
For the first time ever an Italian will be joining the final table of the WSOP Main Event. Sardinian based Filippo Candio who can be backed at 15-1, will be looking to make history on November 6th and walk away with the $9million first prize.
Betfair’s Richard Bloch said “As usual the final table is dominated by young online poker players from North America. Duhamel is the man to beat but having seen Michael Mizrachi grind his way back from under 100k on Day 4 he is going to be tough to beat and at 8-1 looks to be amongst the favourites with our customers.”
To win the World Series Main Event bet: Duhamel 2-1, Dolan 5-1, Cheong 7-1, Mizrachi 8-1, Racener 10-1, Jarvis 11-1, Candio 15-1, Nguyen 16-1, Senti 25-1 (at time of writing)
History:
2009 Joe Cada was 5th in chips before eventually winning
2008 Peter Eastgate was 4th in chips before eventually winning
2007 Jerry Yang was 8th in chips before eventually winning
2006 Jamie Gold was chip leader before winning
2005 Joe Hachem was 6th in chips before winning

4k stacks. 15/30 blinds
Tikay limps with Q2dd
I raise with AK off to 90. Tikay peels.
Flop J 10 3. Check Check
Turn an 8 putting two clubs on board. Tikay bets about pot. I call
River is a blank. Doesn't feel straight or flush. Tikay bets 350 (about 3/4 pot) I tank (which is about 10 seconds) would have loved a time bank cos he's really not repping much but end up folding

It's semantics I guess, but from what I remember MikkyT wasn't exactly a paedo, child abuser and scumbag, yes, but I wouldn't have called him a paedo.
And "hero to zero"? Is that the same guy as "scammer"? or have I missed out on another scandal?

Good grief Keith, there have been plenty of them! But I'm gonna let you think on that, no easy answers this time. Hurry up though, as you never know, there may be more soon.
