Nut flush runs into straight flush, and straight flush lady just calls on the river.  ( am not involved)

Ace flush man calls Floor, wants her hand killed as she had the nuts and checked behind.

She is obviously, as anyone here can see, an out and out recreational, a complete amateur.

Floor rule that it does not matter in split pot games, and her hand is good.

Mr Mardyarse now has a seriously curly lip.

Irony is, if she bet it, he almost certainly pays her off.

What an idiot.

How many left?

Jimmy Fallon did a little piece for Father's Day on dad dancing:

Fellow on the right is quite a character. Would you believe the Governor of New Jersey?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chris_Christie

He's kind of a combination of Boris Johnson's lovable accident prone-ness and Jeffery Archer's abhorrent aggression.

This is his Meisterwerk:

"Negative progress" is the best way to describe the first 6 levels.

Barely won a post flop hand, every flop came bad and I had to yield. Only hands I won were pre-flop jobs. Not had much material to work with, but that's no excuse really.

Have 13,500 going back at 300-600, with 93 remaining from the original 165.

Need to get a wriggle on soon, don't have any plans to blind away meekly, though not in panic mode yet awhile.

4 way pot.

I have.....

It comes

Well hello.

I check to let The Kid take off on the button, he obliges, two others come along.

Perfect squeeze spot for my stack size. In they go, how do you like that, boys?

One caller, with A-2 and bad diamonds.

No diamonds come.

No low comes.

Running 9-4 for the house will do nicely, thank you, though my flopped two pair was enough anyway.

30,000, just north of average.

What crisis of confidence?

Dave Barnes has joined the table.

......and busted me.

I had A-A-5-7 ccdd.

Flop A-10-2.

I pot it, Dave calls.

Turn 8.

I bet, Dave sets me in.

He has a huge draw with 3-4-5-x (freerolling the low too, of course) and gets there.

Can't complain, think I was in decent shape, and Dave did nothing wrong either.

One of those things I guess.

Bugger.

Not "one of those things" at all.

Took me 4 minutes before I realised this was a terrible unforced error on my part.

He HAS to have the low locked, so I can only win half, unless I am very very lucky.

Jeez, what a rookie error, risking my entire tourney, and an above average stack, to win half the pot.

My worst play of the trip, & by a very long chalk.

Damn.

Not often we get into a spot in these bigger tourneys where we have a stack to take us very deep, & I messed it up.

I'm mortified with myself.

little confused by this. By the turn you still have the nut high hand, of course he has the low, but surely you cant give up what muat be a big pot at this point while holding the nut high?

The fact that oppo has a redraw and scoops is surely irrelevant, wp and ul imo (unless im missing something on my phone screen)
