 Sad

Consistancy personified me thinks. Playing well to get to day 2's. Make time for proper rest and lots of latte water.

Enjoy too. Love the updates.

Unlucky Tony,
Still, playing well enough to reach day two, on multiple occasions, means a nice little earner cannot be far away.

Stakers Update;

Morning all.

We were scheduled to play this today;

Sunday 18th June   Planet Hollywood   PLO/PLO8   600

I've decided to swerve it.

I've played an awful lot of poker this week, including three back to back MTT's where I made Day 2, & it has really tired me out, so I think a day's rest makes sense to freshen myself up.

Even so, I am pretty sure I would have played it if it were anywhere but Planet Hollywood, which has (imo) easily the worst poker room in Vegas. Black chairs & black cloth on the table, with "subdued" lighting are a bad combo, throw in loud music, poor organisation & (generally) poor Dealers & it starts to look less appealing. Tough to get to, & to park, too.

But the real issue which swung it for me is the schedule.

https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B4_kF_hpE7FgTDVKdWRJWkRlMFE/view

Play starts at Noon today, & Late Reg continues until 11.45pm tonight. Almost TWELVE HOURS of late reg. In all, play continues until 2am (14 hours straight) & then there is another Day 1 tomorrow, followed by Day 2 on Tuesday. With so long for late reg (in effect, 24 hours) it will be good value, but folks will be throwing re-entries in left right & centre.

I'm just not feeling this one.

Take it easy mate feet up by the pool
I played 3 hours of 1/2.last night ,started with $300 cashed out $340
Is $13 an hour enough to win the buy in to the main event ?
I didn't think so
So $300 on roulette in 15 mins cashed out $3100
So that's back to arrival starting stack plus $2100
$1100 of which is going on a new I pad today before I get creative with it Smiley

This is all so disappointing, I expect you to lose Evilpie's money a lot quicker. Not happy you are actually trying to win here....

ul bud hope you are having a good time

That's the only silver lining - I'm losing Russell's money.

Jeez, he's lost enough of mine down the years. Think I've backed him 723 times, & yet to have a result. He even lost on Larry the Lobster, though it's clearly his best game.

165 th for 3500$ he was a bit deflated as he was card dead on day 2
He's gone to red rock to play  a bit of cash hoping to emulate Ryan's big win there ,even in the main he's a tourney player he's got  a few $$ now
My cash table was good last night there was a retired pilot from Texas to my right a 70 odd year old guy really nice been coming here 50 odd years he had a few tales to tell ,it made a great evening a table of mainly older guys none of them pesky kids winding you up with fancy play syndrome !

Enjoy the day off

Music not too loud here
2 dealers were bad so far from 6hrs but only had them for 5minutes each ( might have been lucky )
Is a good value mtt for me and I'm deffo playing tommorrow if I don't bag today.
Think about 80 so far , not sure on uniques but think needs 240 to make guarantee, could be interesting with Venetian clashing plo tomorrow

Not sure if it's a good or a bad thing but I just found and bought cider in a abc shop on miracle mile .   Prob close enough to make it on break too to get more , hmmmmmm.  I guess the no drinking after the late corona session last night has gone out the window .

Hopefully see you tomorrow , cheers .

He went to red rock didn't play cash but chopped the low buy in tourney for $1150 - I said he prefers tourneys ! He said what we said tho that red rocks a great resort to stay at if you are looking to get off strip but still get some poker in !!
