Morning Simon.

I most certainly did, thank you.

Oddly, with all those railway photos, the one I most enjoyed was this;

It was taken in 1959, which was just about my sweet spot for trainspotting & car spotting, I would have been 12 at the time. "car spotting" really was a thing. We'd try to "spot" different makes & models of cars, plus number plates. The number plate game was to spot a car with the number "1", then 2, 3, & so on.  With steam engines, the idea was to "kop" every engine, then tick it off in my Ian Allen Trainspotters book. Modern youth (do we have any here?) might snigger at all that, with their computer games & interwebs. But I was never happier as a child than when sat on a street corner or railway bridge with my dog-eared notebook, or Ian Allen Trainspotters book, & a pencil. Best of all, I never had to speak to anyone, I was truly in my own little world. (I had a terrible stammer at the time, so chatting was not much fun). Would I swap it for a current day upbringing? Not in a million years.

Hope you & your family are keeping well. All set for Sunday? Bengals or Rams?

I thought that picture was Waverley Station in Edinburgh.  I've some fair memories of stumbling down that road after post rugby international crawls on Rose Street.

Edinburgh Waverley is a fabulous station. Largest station (by footprint) in the UK I believe. More stairs than enough though.

Just had a look at a few spots, and think I'll probably put it on while I'm working to listen to the commentary. I'll know when to look just from that Cheesy

3hr 31m for about 2mins is superb 'Bosch!! Get it down, mate'

Watched some of this yesterday - very compelling.

On the theme of jets - Teeks, I think you said you got Netflix. Downfall, the case against Boeing is a compelling doc around the 737 max. Well worth 90 mins

Ahh, thanks Glenn, I'll give that a watch tonight. That's almost perfect TV for me.

I'm new to both Netflix & Prime, only had them two months, & I must say both seem to me to be exceptional value, with the added bonus of no ads. Once I've watched the Live football every night I head off to Netflix or Prime & spend 20 minutes trying to decide what gem to watch, there's so many. Then I end up staying up binge-watching until around 2am every night.

I've watched 6 or 7 different sports documentaries, loads of True Crime stuff, & I've even watched a few films, something I've never done in my life.

Thoroughly enjoyed The Gentleman, full of good acting performances, but especially Hugh Grant as a dodgy cockney, very funny indeed. If you like a good crime/comedy, I highly recommend it.
