Yes, Nina for President, & that Lithuanian Valet for Lady Bird.
OK, I gotta do some work now. Tonight's it's the Sky "Showdown", & I'm playing The Open from the Studio Guest Seat, along with Tim Peters & Kara Scott.
And there's a Bounty on us all. Come & get it.

Shocked at you Tikay. you've been around long enough to know that ignorance is no defence

Sometimes you have to suffer a little bit in your youth to motivate yourself to succeed in later life.
Do you think if Bill Gates got laid in high school, do you think there'd be a Microsoft?
Of course not.

Bear in mind that were it not for magazines of the like of Heat, none of us would have heard of Jordan in the first place.
Perish the thought......
But yes, Celebs are fair game. Their disabled or impaired kids are not.
I agree, but when you willingly partake in a poor-taste race to the bottom for personal gain, complaining when your partners-in-crime take things too far rings a bit hollow.
That's their excuse for being insensitive. What's yours?
Er, I don't quite understand what you're getting at.
Of course Harvey is blameless - but it could be argued that his mother is part of the system which has led to the comment. If you think that means I'm justifying the comment then you've misread what I've written.

In the world, indisputably yes, but on the poker scene no. imo.

I agree. I do not believe I hid my culpability in the matter. I was completely in the wrong, I admitted thus, & I apologized, publically.
PS - and in person, to Nina & Jim.

Why is the 'must move' rule in place?
For exactly that reason, so the "main" game doesn't get broken up by existing players running over to join what is usually a juicier looking option. Especially when the two options are a) A game with hinge and bracket, or b) a game without hinge and bracket and with Tikay.
Imagine how the guy who was stuck £2k felt as they all rushed off to the other table
Exactly that. As I now, belatedly, realise.
Do I assume correctly Shirley was up for the night when she left "in a huff"? How strange huh

Tikay swore at me last Monday whilst I was in the comp......the word he used has the following definition in Chambers
2. a term of contempt for someone who is considered worthless, unpleasant, despicable, etc.
He didn't even get a 10 minute penalty and it was most off putting to see him in a tie
