I followed
Hevad
Khan
out of the Rio, walking to the taxi rank one day last month, and that experience put me off the idea of playing the ME forever.
A cab containing four loud, young Americans, aka 'Dumbasses', pulled up. "F**k guys, it's Haved f**king Khan. Hey man, can we have a photo?"
I would hate that. I hate the idea of being recognised full stop.

As long as you can avoid young American blokes then you should be fine - it was the same breed following Men 'The Master' last year and managing to be even more annoying than he was.

They ruined MTV (for me) when they set up the slushy MTV Europe.
Hmm, I hated the whole concept of MTV from day 1*. I hate the way that music became as much about the visuals in a video as about the sound. Those Queen boys have a lot to answer for. Without THAT video, who knows, maybe no MTV. Multimedia music? No thanks - close eyes and listen.
With the exception of the times they and their offshoots have presented live performances.

Today I am full of the joys of spring, & buzzing like a 50cc two-stroke flymo. I slept for 10 hours & I'm full of zest & energy. I think I just ran out of fuel, & was driving on fumes. This sleep malarky is like a hidden secret, it really works.
I've done Interviews with both our Day 2a players this morning, we Film in the Cardroom in one hour, & I do a Live phone-in at 11.15 UK time.
I am gonna post a few pics now, taken this morning.
