No fireworks heads up as yet.  No preflop raising but we are seeing a couple of flops.  The last hand it was checked to the river on a board

Bracken bet 140k on the river and Gardner called to be shown pocket nines from Bracken.  Gardner mucked and Bracken increases his lead a little more:

Bracken 2,400,000
Gardner 1,100,000

As we see another flop, Maria and I are slowly falling asleep and losing interest...

Flop:

Bracken bets 110k, Gardner makes it 310k and Bracken moves all-in. Gardner calls!

Gardner:

Bracken:

Turn:

River:

So Paul Gardner is OUT in 2nd and wins £56,500.

And...

PAUL BRACKEN IS THE BLACKPOOL GUKPT CHAMPION WINNING £109,700!!!!

wd Paul - sat with him for 3 hours or so on day one and we had some good banter.
He told me he was mainly a cash player and lives in the US mainly now.

He was attentive to every single hand and when I bust with about 13k chips left on level
8 he only had about the same as me so he did well to get to the FT as the blinds antes
were crippling at that point.

Great updates as usual. Greg
