Well I had a particularly long, busy and hungry day yesterday. I was up at 5:30am to take my daughter to the station, and I played poker at Luton until late O'clock. I was on the go for almost 24 hours straight. During that time I only ate two meals, the first was two eggs on dry toast at about 1:30pm, and the other was a tuna salad at about 8pm. Oh and two very sustaining Cappuccino's from the machine in the card room. I lost 3lb yesterday. Yes I know I'll probably put 2lb of it back on by tomorrow, but for the moment I'm 14st 12lb  |
