Also, does having Google at your fingertips cause you to want to ask more questions? I'm Googling stuff all day now that I can.
Watching a TV show: Where have I seen that bloke before, what was he in?
Hit pause button.
Google cast list, find actor's name, Google list of stuff that he's been in, usually found on Wikki which opens a whole nother can of worms.
Half an hour later, back to the show.
What exactly is Police code 10 89?
Hit pause button.
Google police code 10 89, spend 10 minutes worrying if AI will alert the anti-terrorist squad, who will then investigate me...
Back to the show.
Why is the forestock on that police shotgun green?
Hit pause button, etc etc.
I wonder if I even wondered about all this stuff when I couldn't easily find the answer?
For anything tv or movie related I use
www.imdb.com
lists all the stuff the actors have been in, without having to get past all the google waffle first

Thanks Mr Slover. I usually do end up there, but AFTER I've been through all the Google waffle.

You know what we no longer have on blonde?
Answer - Kidz.
In the early days we had a good percentage of youngsters, and although many of them still pop in from time to time, they are all now middle aged.
I can't see us recruiting many generation Zs in the near future, so it's up to us oldies to do the stuff the kids used to do.
What we need are tales of drunkenness and debauchery, bad beat stories, diaries that last 3 days, ridiculous prop bets, and a smattering of new words. June, grim, level etc. How did they become standard vocabulary?
So to get us started I will tell you, in due course, about the last time I was drunk and about my current daft prop bet. In the meantime, here's a new word.
Mossing. It means to sit in a chair and stare into space, mouth slightly open, mind totally devoid of thought.
Mrs Red often catches me mossing and asks, "What are you so preoccupied with?" or, "Penny for your thoughts"
Obviously I can't admit the truth, so I wipe the drool from my chin and make something up.

I've just noticed that Brent, AKA Horneris is on the forum. He's one of the original Kidz. I wonder how old he is and what he's up to now?

I do covert mossing on flights. I have a book open, but am not actually reading it. Sudoko puzzles are also good for this as long as you have a few numbers filled in. A completely blank sudoko for a lengthy period will arouse suspicion and might even give rise to worries that you might have had a stroke from other passengers unfamiliar with mossing.

So that's a yes from Shaz, and she's the only blonde girl remaining on the forum, which gives me a 100% approval rating.

Slay, rizz, drip... I think those terms were invented with me in mind.
Someone must have seen me when I'm in the shed, greased up.
So sick.

What the Hell is it with clothes labels these days? They used to be tiny bits of soft cloth inside the collar of your t-shirt, now they are like the fecking Bayeux tapestry. I cut one out this morning that was big enough to use as emergency loo roll.

So, Lewis Hamilton and Sofia Vergara. Are they really an item?
Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't kick Sofia out of bed for eating crackers, but then again I'm a bit closer to her age than he is.

I learned two new words this week.
Cheugy:
A slang term that describes someone or something that is out of date, uncool, or trying too hard to be trendy. It's pronounced "CHEW-gee"
Salty:
An informal slang term that means someone is annoyed, upset, or bitter.
Below is a fictional example of how these words might be used in conversation.
"I saw Tony today"
"Oh, how was he?"
"Cheugy and salty"
