No. They did say that, but they (The programme makers) didn't seem to be aware of the distinction. (Most people aren't)

Mrs Red took me out last night as a Valentines day treat.

She wined me and dined me, (Mixed grill - pint of larger shandy - bag of sweets) and then took me to the pictures.

We had a great time, I was well and truly seduced.  In fact, if she had tried a bit harder, she could have got to third base.

Really made me think - before I joined blonde and read this thread your other posts, Tom, I'd have probably been joining in with that steaming pile of prejudiced crap. Makes me sad  .

Makes me sad too. Not so much for us, (The Gypsies) we've lived through hundreds of years of persecution and prejudice, we're used to it. I feel sad for a society that allows this kind of thing to poison the minds of each each new generation.

It's a stunningly beautiful day here. The snow is still on the ground, but as yet, it's unspoiled and pristine. The sun is shining from an almost cloudless blue sky. There is not a breath of wind, and no sound other than birdsong and the gentle drip and trickle of the thaw.  

Why, at my age, do things like these still thrill me so?

I watched last night (though with no sound on - don't ask!) and some of the girls were absolutely stunning. They all dress very provocatively though which is interesting.

I wish there were more documentaries on Gypsies - so interested in the subject but admittedly know so little. I've been guilty of being one of the 'judge a book by it's cover' types.

Anyway, I'm off to smash some plates....

I've done it twice so far, (Over 10 years ago now) two of my girls got married within a month of each other.

Both weddings were emotional affairs for me, but they were well attended and went off without a hitch (Which is a big plus for any dad)

The girls looked stunning, I was bursting with pride. 11 years down the line, I'm even more proud to see that their marrages are happy, and that they are good wives and excellent mothers.

I have two girls still at home. I'm proud of them too. They're good girls. They have good morals and values, they work hard, and they respect their parents.

I'm a lucky man.
