figures are from fitday.com

I looked on there, couldn't find figures for whole chicken.

I used 'chicken roasted, broiled or baked- skin not eaten' and changed the unit to 'chicken (yield after cooking, bone and skin removed)

that looks like it's probably right

Mrs Red, who's Christian name is Muzelley, was browsing through the pages of this rare old book.

As you can see, this edition was published in 1914, and the first edition in 1874.

The name Muzelley has been in Mrs Red's family for generations. (Albeit with slightly different spellings due mainly to illiteracy) It is also the name of our daughter and granddaughter, so she was thrilled to see the entry at line 7 on the page below.

aha, I initially wrote 'post' between 'never' and 'in'. then I realised I'd used the word post twice in one line which I hate so deleted the first one

now we hit a small problem as I couldn't think of a suitable word to replace it, 'write' didn't seem right so I decided to just leave it as it was but forget to replace the original word
