Even snowmen tilt? Maybe it is uncool.

Oh I don't know. In Melty's case, the less cool he becomes, the more he tilts.

I'd love to say yes, but I can't. We eat too much and watch crap on the telly just like every one else.

Happy Christmas Red - it seems years ago we played on Ladbrokes in the good old days, me ranting - you laughing at my terrible play. Anyway, I usually come on Blonde, chirp about the odd good score, read the hand analysis - and shame on me have never really read you diary.
Christmas this year has been interesting and with more meaning than ever - I am with my family, dad has had a tough year - fighting bone marrow cancer and kidneyfor all he is worth, he's a fighter and enjoying some good days now. Anyway, long story short - he had an early night last night (while my 76 year old mum played poker on a free site with freinds from all over the globe, it's in the genes) and as us social media types do I took to the net and strated reading you diary from the beginning - not sure why. Just one of the most insightful, thought through, humerous and touching things I have ever read - you're writing skills are amazing as well and the few hours spent beat the usual output of stuff on TV, although the Ashes was good. Keep it up and I am now a follower....
Have a great 2011. Shaun

Hey Clay! Nice to hear from you.
Those early days on Laddies eh? We never had it so good. Wait for a premium hand... get it all in. Kerching! I think actually convinced myself that I was a great player.
Kudos to your dad, I'm glad he's having some good days. They're so precious when you're fighting this bastard of a disease.
Kudos to your mum too. Isn't it wonderful that technology can allow her to be with her friends at such a difficult time?
Kudos to you for being there for them. That's what families are about.
Lastly, thank you for your kind words. A little bit of feedback (Good or bad) every now and then makes all the difference.

Nothing fancy or faddy, no promises or prop bets, just eat a bit less, exercise a bit more.

you mentioned previously that you cycle a bit. I used to love riding my bike as a kid but dont currently own one.
I think to myself that riding a bike is something that I would do... wind rushing through my hair*, doing wheelies and shouting 'no hands' etc but I never get round to getting a bike as deep down i think its going to just end up in the shed and I will never use it!
*queue jokes from bad lads about me being bald
