My diet starts tomorrow.
I will post my weight on here EVERY DAY starting tomorrow morning.
If anyone wants to join me, feel free to post your weight on here too.
Meanwhile, here's to the last few hours of pigging out..
Please don't weigh yourself daily, it's almost guaranteed to tilt you when your weight goes up after a day of abstinence, but down the day after you succumbed to the siren call of aplle crumble with custard and ice-cream.
Weigh yourself weekly at the same time each week. If,you're using bathroom scales make sure they are on the same bit of floor each time.
Been there. . .

Kids today.
They play with a few toys, have a bit of a wrestle with their grandad, eat Christmas dinner, and by early afternoon they're exhausted.
No stamina see.

Elton John and his partner have just become proud parents (Via a surrogate) to a baby boy. Zachary Jackson Levon Furnish-John.
I wonder if his school chums will tease him about his name?

Some great pics here.
I love the dog in the frog suit, the crows with the fags, and the gorilla with the Nintendo.

Looks like you had a great family Christmas.
Any chance you can add your original starting weight of your diet in your signature?

Zach (as he'll probably be called) is pretty normal by celeb standards.
I remember there was some hoohah when the first started talking about the possibility of having a family about whether it 'should be allowed' given Elton's age, but with the likes of Des O'Connor and Paul McCartney still fathering children naturally at an older age I don't quite see what all the fuss is about. Good luck to all of them.

Isn't Zach quite normal by average people standards?

It was a failed attempt a humour. (Both parents are blokes, his name will be the least of his worries) Never mind, move on.

Someone enlighten me here, do you need to have all the social services checks etc if you get a surrogate have a baby for you. Is it the same as if you are adopting or does the fact that you are buying a baby as such somehow sidestep the social services stuff? Is it different if you do it via the US? I'm not questioning the fac t that Elton has a baby - that baby will have everything it ever wants which may or may not be a good thing, but I was wondering about the actual process.

don't think surrogacy is quite as straightforward as being akin to 'buying a baby' - I don't know the details of this particular case, but it is likely that one of the fathers' sperm was used for artificial insemination, so one of them will be the child's biological father, and 'reasonable expenses' only are paid.
a bit about the law in the UK here, although I imagine it's different in other countries:
