I'm looking forward to a nice pot of tea next time we share a break in the car-park as long as you're not sporting that syrup.

Apparently Dan's mum trained the cats in that ad too. i asked Dan how it's possible to train a cat (after he told me he has a licence too to train all domesticated animals for TV and film) and he said that it's pretty much impossible, you just have to find a cat that already does the stuff that you need them to do and hope they don't get stubborn on the day.

You need a licence to train domesticated animals?

Actually I won't be judging books by their cover now, as I have recently moved into the 21st century by acquiring a kindle. My current method of choosing reading material is picking stuff that is free with good user ratings Look at the paid stuff too Claire. There's loads of cheap titles that cost a bomb in paper form. Start under non fiction. I know this probably won't be your bag, but this is the kind on thing I'm on about. £8.96 in paperback 61p on Kindle. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Escape-Freedom-Tony-Johnson/dp/1844158950

I've currently got myself embroiled in a series of kids books that I didn't realise were kids books until I was part way through the first one (it was a free highly-rated jobbie). Quite enjoying the easy read though While I'm here, I had to fill out an online referencing form thing yesterday and among the huge list of occupations was 'Gypsy'. This struck me as odd - is it something people would usually define as an occupation?

It was, but as it was a list everything was capitalised. I'll see if I can grab a screenshot. EDIT - screenshot: Click to see full-size image. |
