A few more mirrors, a parka, and a bit of back-combing..

That looks to be in amazingly good nick for it's age, Tom. Bit like me, I suppose.

It has been standing unused in a garage for years. The crank case was virtually dry of oil, (scarey) and the semi automatic clutch wasn't engaging properly, (not quite so scary).
I put some new oil in and it seems fine, it starts easily and runs quietly. I won't be able to tell properly until after I pass my CBT and take it for a proper run. (I go for it on the 27th)
The clutch only needed adjusting. it's working like a good un now.
I'm planning on dong a few one day runs, then a couple of 2/3 day jaunts, and when I'm confident about everything I want to do an adventure ride with camping equipment, maybe to Italy or something.
If anyone fancies coming along, get yourself a Honda C90. There's plenty around for £300 - £700.

Thanks Rich. Great photographs. Mrs Red & I were on or way home from a funeral in Newark when we saw this tornado. I took poctures on my phone camera but they didn't turn out very well.

Don't think that's a Tornado, Tom. Pretty sure it is a Boeing 737-800.
Handy tip - when photographing aircraft, try & get the whole thing in the picture. A missing winglet ruins it.

Oooh that sounds right up my street.
Might have to start looking for a cheap one.

If you're making the breakfasts booder I want in. Although I'm looking to buy a 125 till the spring & hoping to be on something bigger by the summer it'd be like mummy duck & the ducklings
