With a choice between the £300 at Walsall and the £750 main event at luton or the £500 brighton main event. I assume that you have choosen to play Walsall as you see it as the best value comp of the 3 to play good runners a good standard in the field proving again that bankroll management decisions can be the most important decisions in poker sometimes its the choices you make before you sit down that are the most important good choice red gl |

By the way salad dodgers, my week 1 weigh-in is only 2 days away.
I will be satisfied with a loss of 2lbs, happy with 3lbs, and ecstatic with 4lbs.
Am I nervous? Hell Yes!!!
I think Tom, to be fair, a man of your not inconsiderable girtrh ought to be able to lose a stone or so quite quickly. The first 4 stone should be easy. It'll become tougher once you get down to the upper 13 stone region - my weight, as it happens. |

a lovely read Tom, there is nothing better than sitting in front of a real fire, As kids we had one for years and I remember it being quite theraputic to jut sit and watch and doze in front of it.

You're right. I did think The £300 at Walsall was the best value, but it's my favorite regular comp anyway. 82 runners. My table included Dave Smith, Dave Colclough, Des "Bling Bling" Jonas and Steve "Yes, Ive got QQ again" Jelinek. It was a real wasps nest, but great fun. 20 hopefuls (including me) return tomorrow at 3pm. All the players on my table with the initial "D" have succumbed. Average stack is 30k. I have 37k, Jelineck has oodles. Morpheus is calling, but tune in tomorrow to find out how not to play pocket tens. |

GL red. I think jelinek will win this one. He seem to be playin well, plenty of chips and getting ak over and over and over again helps lol. I couldnt repeat my final table from new years was playin well but then cards dryed up for over 2 hours then a flush draw and most my chips were gone lol
