I always have a bet on this. Since last years event i had planned to back Mark Selby, but seeing as he seems to have made the final of every event for the last few months, his price has gone (13/2 best price). I may still have a few quid on tho,and maybe a bit on Ryan Day at 40/1.

I like the markets for betting on the quarters, ie who will make the semi-final in each section.

I also quite fancy Selby to win it, but he is a bit skinny imho @ around the 13/2 mark.

I backed Bond to beat Robertson at 14/5 last week so was a little unhappy that Robertson looked in great nick in the Champions league matches earlier in the week tho best of 4 frame matches are notoriously bad form lines. I think Bond is one of those players that is totally unsuited to the regular first to 5 comps and over the longer matches he has a good record. At 14/5 I was happy to take my chance on someone that knocked out Steve Hendry in the first round recently.

Although he's probably greatest player to pick up a cue i would always avoid o'sullivan as you just never no if he'll be up 4 it or not and it only takes 1 thing for him to completly lose the plot.Selby has been in great form at the moment and although prcie ain't great seems like a good bet.Although haven't looked at the draw if your lumping on maybe good e/w bet Huh??

I think O'sullivan thrives on feeling hated by the establishment in snooker ... his Chinese press conference inquiry is hanging over him ... I just feel that may spur him on to win this to make the governing body squirm a bit ... but like you say, he is a strange animal ... you can never be 100% sure which one of his personalities is going to show up from one day to the next.

Outright ive done pretty well earlier in the year Im on Selby and Maguire at double figs win only, seems to me there is a changing of the guard in snooker with some of those old names taking up a lot of % in the outright book.

great players they have been but what have Williams, Stevens,Doherty and Hendry etc  done in the last few years to consider them as potential winners?

Higgins.

Lay Dott, he's struggling mentally and there is no way he can be in the right frame of mind to even get by the first round.

they do a good prediction contest on here and knowing how much a blonde loves a sporting competition you might want to enter.

They do it all year and have an overall leaderboard etc
