Jonathan Wong bet 2.6k on the river of a board only to find Woody Deck raising all in to cover him. Wong squirmed for a while and the clock was called, and eventually Wong called too - only to find himself an early bustee. Woody turned over for the straight, and it had all gone Wong for Jonathan as he got hit by the Deck - he mucked and exited, in that order.

You complete and unscrupulous thief! That was my line. Plus it doesn't make sense because when you get hit by the deck you have big hands, therefore it should have been Woody was hit by the Deck.

Damn you woman!

Julian Thew has doubled through Andreas Hoivold. Thewy check/raising a 600 bet to 1,700 on a three clubs board and being set in by the Norwegian, Thewy was forced to call for the rest of his meagre stack with and was pleasantly surprised to be ahead of . A clubless turn and river and he's up to about 9k, while Hoivold is down to around 4.5k

Jim Reid has doubled up through Tony Cascarino with vs all in preflop. No 3-outer for last month's champion.

Players are now on a break.

A fortunate double up for Mark Friedman, all in preflop for 18,600 with against Woody Deck's .

Board:

Deck: "So sick."

Mr Friedman, who had been standing ready to leave since the chips went in, sat back down. Mr Deck, who had been well above the 30k mark, sank back down to 15k and into bitter depression.

How are there so many people online and so few caption comp entries? It's almost like no-one wants my kittens. No competition entries make kitten sad.

Jonathan McCann is OUT, getting it all in with and finding himself up against Nathan Lee's mighty, er, .

Board: a spadetastic three diamonds

Most unlucky, except for Mr Lee.

Sam Trickett is busto.

He'd given up after 3-betting A-8 vs Jerome Bradpiece when the latter called but then caught a flop and proceeded to get it all-in against Jerome's . The gave Bradpiece extra outs on the turn and river  was enough to leave Trickett with around 400 left.

This all went in against Bradpiece with in good shape vs but the was the first card out.

Jerome is less Droopy and more Perky now.

There's a min-raise to 300 and a call before Pete Singleton reraises to 1,300 from the cutoff leaving himself 3,400 behind. The button then pushes for just over 6,000 and it's passed back round Singleton who thinks for a moment before passing his face up, he's rewarded by the button showing .

James Akenhead has busted Paul Hardy, who moved in on the turn of a board. Eventually Akenhead called, although he didn't really look like he wanted to, but he was rewarded by Hardy turning over two spades for more or less nothing at all, while Akenhead could boast the pair-licious . An irrelevant on the river, and the chips were Akenhead's.

---------------

Similarly OUT is Andrew Wakerall, who got his chips in with on a flop and failed to make his flush against Paul Mcintyre's .
