Of course if you follow the detailed build to the letter you get 2 slices of bread at the bottom and watercress falling off the top with nothing to hold it down.

Cucumber and Salad Cream

Also thick white bread with salad cream, then cheese, then ham, then mustard. Really tasty!

I call this creation:

The Carrot Sandwich

Conceived in a moment of Saturday night, Tesco's-shut desperation out of pretty much everything in my fridge, it actually turned out astoundingly well and has become a firm favourite in times of not having enough money to order out.

Take one flour tortilla. Spread it thinly with hummus. Squash a quarter of an avocado on to it. Top with grated carrot, grated cheese, any stray bits of vegetable you might have (cucumber, lettuce, red onion, tomato all good), natural yoghurt or sour cream, Thai sweet chilli sauce, a liberal quantity of Crystal brand Louisiana hot sauce and a more modest quantity of original Encona hot sauce. Roll it up and eat. Also works well with regular bread.

Please reserve judgment until you've tried one. Taste sensation.  thumbs up

Why didn't you let me go on suspecting that you were mental instead of proving it beyond all doubt?

Subway: Meatball with cheese red onion and lettuce, topped with south west sauce all mixed in

The local curry roll shop has to be the best, its just traditional indian chicken curry wrapped up in a plain naan THE BEST!!!

My own: Anything I can knock together in the toastie maker, chicken tikka and cheese is a new one of late.

oh and the full english stottie can't be beaten either.

Cheesy
