Thanks stu but I can tell myself that I have piled weight on! Hoody must of slimmed ne down!! Was a shame u had to rush off and leave that full pint of guiness!! Hope u didn't count it on ur total? Busto hand.... Seat 1 raises to £10, seat 3 re raises to £26 I look down at JJ and tank before shipping for £84! Did my first gym session today for a long while!
Training...
Bike - 3 Minute warm up.
Treadmill - 34 Minutes - 336 Calories - 2.69km - 56 metres climbed. Started of gently walking at 4.5kph then raised it to 5kph whilst increasing the gradient every 5 minutes. Last 5 minutes i did 1 minute jog at 6kph 1 minute walk 5kph.
X-Trainer - 10 Minutes - 171 Calories - 1.51km
So spent around 50 minutes in the gym today.
Lower back was really aching through the treadmill but i dug in.
Today's meals...
Breakfast - Meal replacement shake, Banana.
Lunch - Jacket Potato, Tuna, Cheese and Cottage Cheese. Weight watchers desert.
I have a free hour with a personal trainer to book, i will have 1 personal training session per week.
Got weighed and measured on some digital machine at the gym...
Weight 24st 5lbs/155.1kg
Height 5' 11"/1.82m
BMI 45.1
Goal is 18st by November.
