Just seen this now, so all makes sense. Should have put it together... See why I don't play poker anymore.
Plotting up at where I used to spend 1/2 my trip every summer, wal!
Congrats, and hopefully see you out there, mate

Bruiser's seems massive @7.2 on betty - not sure why it's bigger than Whooops Jack.

Got a bit excited, maybe not the best early. Still an aeroplane.

But if he starts in Uganda and has a 5 night layover on Easter Island, he saves £1.07.

Can't realistically win if drawn outside of Wildcat. Verve is still open to huge amounts of improvement and has his box gtd in 4. Jack can easily win if there is carnage on the inside and Verve misses it slightly.

Some 14 race card they have put on for finals night. Just as good as last year. Worth the entry fee if you are ever going to go dog racing this Saturday is the night to do it. £25 entry but you are going to watch at least 25 of the best dogs in the country running and its a proper night out outside of the racing. Vernon Kay
'ing after.

Pretty sure you have to book online ticket wise. Don't understand why you can't just turn up on the night and pay in cash to get in. Must take hundreds off the gate for an event like this.

Great card, few moans about it but would be Twitter if there was no one moaning, not all the owners/trainers can have dogs running but I can see how some would feel abit let down I.e Salacres Vincent not making it after gett8ng to qtrs but others dogs being put in instead.
Learnt a few things on Saturday night, mainly how cold it gets so will certainly be bring an extra layer or two. Gonna an have dec t look at the card later and get a WSOP winn8ng treble together.
Any views or fancies are very welcome.
Any that jump out as a lay straight away Arb?
Scotty you must have a decent outsider for value we can punt?
Little story from Saturday night, my daughter thinks she is a vlogger in the making so I said to her we will try and get a few selfies with famous people (she really hasn’t got a clue that they are only famous in the very niche dog world). We got there early to get the layout and a spot we wanted. Anyway first up was Lofty from Star sports, very accommodating had a quick chat and a selfie with me and kids, banged on about Bruisers for a min or two all very upbeat, after a while we see none other than the main man and food vlogger Ben Keith Star Sports, thought I’d grab him as he walked passed, “Hi Ben” I said, “Hi, nice to see you again” he said (never met him in my life before) “any chance of a selfie with the kids?” I said as he was shaking my hand and I was preparing the phone in the other one, “maybe later” he said as he was smiling and walking off towards hospitality. That certainly got a few giggles from the wife and the eldest who made it clear that I had just been snubbed by a non famous celebrity. Anyway undeterred me and the two youngest continued our quest. Next up was the not so famous Mick Livesly (used to write the for the daily sport of all things and now runs the dogs at Towcester) never seen someone so surprised to be asked for a selfie, lol. Managed to grab the ever young Dave Clarke nearer the end. If any of you were watching TowcesterTv you would have seen my daughter telling Julie that Bruisers will win the Derby with my youngest son bombing from behind. (Wife had another giggle at that when we watched the reply as I was next to her like a pushy parent grinn8ng from ear to ear).
As the kids were getting so cold we left straight after the second semi (wish we hadn’t as the kids had picked out three winners in the races afterwards, standard) . We have a hit list for Saturday night which is gonna be tough as it will be much busier, We will give Ben another chance to get in on the action, Hobbsy is a must and possibly Julie if she is there, might try and get a few blondes if we manage to co ordinate. Quite hard to update on Blonde so much easier to,post straight to twitter. Anyway should be a top night. (Twitter @scottoreilly)
