Don't think this has been mentioned on here but I am really enjoying The Americans. It's about a Russian couple who move to the US to operate as spies. It is set in the early 80's and has the same kind of feel to it as Homeland but not as tense as that. So far they are currently showing up to episode 7 of the second series but it is a decent drama.

I watched 1 episode of that Bluestone thing.
Thought it was one of the most horribly written, hammy delivered things I'd seen in years.
Certainly no MASH
All a matter of opinion obviously, but I'm surprised at your view of this. Did you watch Episode 1 Series 1or one random episode? |

Anyone seen the new version of 15to1? I'm mulling the sort of foam-spitting rant I tend to reserve for a piece of Kyle Walker defending or when George Galloway is on TV. It includes asking why they've added the background music from the 80s TV show You Bet. (If you've no idea what I mean, this from about 1:45 gives you an idea) |

Obv doesn't matter so much if you've read books but ofc this season and last they are mixing certain elements of lots of books. I'd have to turn the internet off for 13 weeks  |

I'd have to turn the internet off for 13 weeks I've not read the books, but don't float around Facebook on Monday mornings, and on the most part the TV thread doesn't get inundated with spoilers. There have been some close calls, but it's not that hard if you're careful  |

Everytime something like this is on I say to myself I will do that and then I get so excited I can't wait and just watch them anyway. I've got several backlogs, and I'm pretty busy atm, so it wasn't too hard to avoid temptation. I'm definitely one of the 'can't wait for the next episode' gang normally. |
