Difficult one, he's obviously used the account according to Sharkscope, however it doesn't exactly seem like he's stolen this money and donked it off or whatever. Having it sat in his account does seem stupid, but not the offence it seems to have been portrayed as, especially seeing as he sorted it all out straight away.

I'm really not impressed with how this has been handled. I thought the offence was going to be much worse than this.

I think Tikay will agree his initial post was a mistake.

And while I am certain Kev made an honest oversight I think it is important to look at this from Brendan's family's point of view.

Brendan had money on a site populated, run and owned by his friends. If there was one place they should have had no doubt that financial issues should be dealt with swiftly and appropriately it was Blondepoker.

This did not happen. If I was Brendan's son I would be extremely distressed and angry by a delay of almost 2 years in receiving funds which I should have received within 2 weeks. More than this, I would feel let down by his friends.

I feel very sorry that Tikay, Tightie and Flushy were put in this position. They wouldn't have banned Kev lightly, but took the action they felt appropriate.

I wish Kev all the best in his continued recovery.

if he has been playing and has said he hasn;t then it seems so so stupid. he is a very wise guy when it comes to poker, he knows what you can and can't do and obv knows people would check up on sharkscope. something isnt making sense, just like the blatchly case.

I wish Kev the best going forward, we have all done really stupid things before and i am pretty sure we all will again, however they usually come with consequences that we can't just forget about.
