Marbella pretty fun right now. We have a good group of people with us here who all speak alot online etc. Yesterday went for dinner with the guy who bust me aq<q9 on million final table, he didnt even buy me dinner!

Anyway, we went to this cocktail bar for 4-5 hours. Walked back through Banus pretty chilled, little drunk I guess. We see 4 pretty big lads around 150m away coming towards us chanting what we thought was football songs, but wern't sure. Anway, it was like 3am or something and they looked pretty drunk and potentially up for a scrap One of our guys said lets just cross the road, dont need any trouble, its been a good night, Tudor and I said sure.

As we got closer they got louder then we realised one was in pink trousers, so they wern't the potential football hooligans we first expected.

As they got nearer a really loud Yorkshire sounding guy was seemingly very excited. 50 metres further and it was apparant these guys were not the thugs we had first feared but infact dubai, midd, pab and their friend. Pretty com. Introductions were made and they went on to have a very good night I guess.

Tournament didnt go well yesterday, pretty bad ruling made against me imo. Then lost just lots of ridiculous pots, these guys just absolutely loved the game. Ended up losing TT v AQ to bust, but big hand was JJ V KQ v XX on jt2ss 9x 4x where flop went 6 way (lol) I bet very big, 2 callers including the pre flop raiser then turn I bet big, fish called, OR c/raises and we both call and I folded on the river getting 4-1 or something and a chiplead (lol level 4 chipleads) pot.

The fact that you've got to number 1 is a great achievement and testament to hard work etc but just do what makes you happy and what you want to do.

The fact you are number 1 doesn't actually mean anything compared to the number of $$$ you are earning.

By nature Pads is evidently a workaholic.

Pretty tired. we drove to Gibraltar yesterday to grind online then ofc had to drive back at 5am when we had bust everything.

Had a few annoyingly close finals with a dissapointing 9th in the high roller on .fr and a 5th/6th on full tilt.

Was a good decision to go though.
