In fact just going to stop here, just looking in HEM theres 15 pots which are either 70-30 beats or set ups (set over set, ak v aa bvb, qq, kk vbvb etc) my mental game was strong and I carried on grinding, but that progression is wasted if I complain about running bad.
Back on it tomorrow I guess..

Looking back in the thread the goal for the month was 70k
Jan 70,000 VPPs
Pace is around 8k and I've got 13.5
Pace for January goal is something ill add from tomorrow right now is 7000
So in regards to that were almost 2x ahead of pace for this months target.

Day 4 - January 4th
VPPs earned today - 6840
VPPs earned total - 20122
VPP Pace - 10958
Great day, played 11000 hands, felt really fine, ran really bad in a lot of spots but managed a good overall profit.
Feeling really good, after one of the worst days ever of online poker yesterday Im SUPER motivated for this challenge and looking forward to smashing it to pieces over the next month. The goal for this month was 70,000 and were at 20,000 after 4 days so hopefully this goal will definitely be hit this week.
Currently 2% to SNE!
GL tomorrow all.

Ive just made the best video Ive ever made I think. Its part of my video package but I think its really really helpful.
Post a picture of a nice city in the thread here (maximum 5 people can post a picture, once the 5th person has posted please nobody else) and Ill send the person who posted the picture I like best, the video for free.
I think it can really help you if you play cash and maybe add 2-3bb-100 to your winrate
For those of you who have bought the package, I send it on the 10th January as planned still.

Day 5- January 5th
VPPs earned today
- 3267
VPPs earned total
- 23389
VPP Pace
- 13698
Good day again, good profit, and good VPPs. Feeling really really into my game, I dont want to set any unrealistic targets, just getting SNE will be amazing, but who knows heh.
I just made the red line video for my series and I really loved it, I think it epitomises my game and people can learn alot from it. People hate information sharing, but I like to help people and looking forward to the feedback from this package.
May not play too much for the next few days, got a bunch of stuff to do but will see. Almost 25% on the way to Supernova after 5 days, feels pretty funny!
Had a pretty funny experience in the bath today in my new house. I filled a bath and then went in and pressed this button that said "on" I started getting massaged from all sides of the bath, my feet at the bottom, my head at the head rest and my arms on the armest. It was heaven then it turned into a jacuzzi and bubbles were uncontrollable. Got abit flustered but managed to fix it and was heaven.
Have a personal lesson on Tuesday about how to meditate properly and will be meditating and doing Yoga between sessions.
Oh and I have a new game I want to be the best in the world in lol.. but maybe leave that for a while!

that day after the bog loss is so crucial, putting decent volume in, playing well and winning some of your money back is SO SO good for morale, I always want to get straight back into it after big losses, but have often felt like a day off would be better for mindset, problem is though I'm so dam tilted that I can't think of anything else to do but play lol.
Funny thing, a cpl of years back big losses didn't really hit me too hard, I used to think "meh i'll have a big win soon who cares" now as I get a little older I'm affected a bit worse by big losing days.
