Was a great sweat!

The £3.5k offer was actually 0EV, all the others were -EV as you'd expect. Good fun, what a great promotion. That wheel has been such a huge hit.

It's been a fun weekend for the GUKPT/Grand Prix. Built a good stack in GUKPT, but faded away on day 1 and busted in the first level of day two. That left me time to zoom over to Stamford Bridge to reg day 2 of the £1k event there, again built a good stack but faded away, came 15th with 8 paid.

It was a really fun event though, and I got to play with Made In Chelsea's Jamie Laing, of whom I'm not too ashamed to say I'm a big fan. Most people hate the show, and I can see why, but as a fellow posho I quite enjoyed the early seasons at least.

However my hopes of being invited on the show might have gone up in flames when I called him down on three streets with King high and was good and actually busted him when he got crippled and I took the scraps! He was a great sport and hope he enjoyed it.

Dreams of a lifting a trophy at Stamford Bridge (insert standard joke here) were dashed, but I headed from one deluxe area to another (keeping it real on the public transport tho) - Mayfair for some cash games and to watch the fight. Nik Persaud told everyone to lump their entire bankrolls on Klitschko at 1/4, so thought go on then, it'll be a good sweat. So loaded up bet fair and all-in I went, £188 to be precise Cheesy Seemed pretty ridiculous as a complete boxing noob that neither seemed to punch each other properly the entire fight. Anyway, obviously we lost and Persaud was nowhere to be seen Cheesy

Nicked a few quid in the game anyway and decided go back Chelsea to join the DTD lot on a night out. More to follow...

The night out was really fun, just stayed in one place and had lots of booze, dancing, laughing at Fred - was good craic. The place shut at 2 and I headed over to Soho for my weekly "lets play pissed 1/2 and wait for Victoria to finish work.

I found some absolute legend who was willing to bet £100 per hand vs me, if I won the hand he paid me £100 and vice versa, wash if anyone else won it. This obviously made it incredibly profitable for everyone else and there were grinders swarming around trying to get a seat.

Everyone in the game was being a good sport and straddling and gambling a bit, so I didn't mind, but then this one guy sat down and refused to straddle but instead min-raised to £4 UTG Cheesy So naturally I went after him. I always go after these kind of players who want to give no action and dart round table to table, seat to seat trying to prey on people gambling and having a good time.

So he minraises utg and this legend jams £200 (has shown 56, K9o etc when he's done this before). I find three clubs in the big blind. Clear fold. But I wanted to give the guy a spin (also got £100 overlay if I win the pot remember), and hope that the nit who min-raised didn't actually have a hand. He had £400 so I put it all in and got insta-called with

The legend showed and promptly flopped trips on , which I was absolutely loving Cheesy

Brick on the turn and then out of nowhere...

 three diamonds

Was pretty fkn happy to stack the QQ guy for some justice (well punishment at least) but didn't wanna beat the other guy. The guy I was betting with was such a good sport and we had so much fun over the night chucking £100s back and forth, cheering on everyone else in hands vs each other etc, great fun.

I quit when Victoria finished work and headed home. Now happy to have a chilled sunday at home watching the football and GUKPT final day. Loving life these days.
