Silly me for me interpreting that as meaning Danny Garcia was fighting on Saturday aswell!
Anyway I just boxrec'd him and noticed the Garcia v Herrera scorecards. 116-112, 116-112 to Garcia and judge Gustavo Padilla scored it 114-114.
Some of you might recognise that name from the recent Bernard Hopkins fight. The scorecards were 116-111, 116-111 to Hopkins and judge Gustavo Padilla scored it 114-113 in favour of Shumenov. Lord knows what fight he was watching, I had it Hopkins 118-109.

yeh the hopkins score was just wrong but in that garcia fight he was probably closet to being correct most people had herrera winning it
seen maywether points is 4/6 thought it would have been nearer 1/2 - mayweathers had 1 legit stoppage in about 8 years and dont think maiadanas ever been stopped but has been down the odd time

Haha you busted me. That post made it sound like I actually watched the Garcia fight. When questioned about the judges scored card Bernard gave a very diplomatic media savvy response about judges, their job and judging school. I agree with you on the Mayweather points thing plus it's currently 1.64/65 on Betfair. 2/3 will be as good as you get unless some tipsters out there start believing the hype and suggest Mayweather will go for the KO to enhance his legacy. |

same card wilder knocked somebody out and a lot were saying he never touched him - aint seen that either

Oh yeah that was Wilder's first round KO v Malik Scott. It was a partially blocked left hand yet you didn't expect him to get back up from it. |
