I love Week 17, especially when you see massive fantasy busts rip off massive plays.

Yes, I'm looking at you, DeMarco Murray.

Believe me when I say that I hated that play FAR more than you did.

Eagles lose, they come to London.  Surely they could have stuck with the Chip Kelly sideshow for one more week!

I've submitted a team for the daily fantasy champion of champions team for this weekend, as I got a freeroll through the Yahoo Dynasty win.

QB Kirk Cousins
RB Adrian Peterson
RB Charcandrick West
WR Jeremy Maclin
WR Markus Wheaton
WR Doug Baldwin
TE Heath Miller
Flex Tyler Lockett
DEF Seattle Seahawks

We'll see how it goes.

Buried in work at the moment.  Aiming for the end of the week.

The best draft result is the one that's the time sponge among them.

Round 2 of the Champions of Champions team

QB
Carson Palmer

RB
David Johnson
Fitzgerald Toussaint

WR
Albert Wilson
Doug Baldwin
Emmanuel Sanders

TE
Greg Olsen

FLEX
Chris Conley

DEF
Denver Broncos

I ran out of money after going top heavy in a few spots. Will probably change the team if Maclin looks like being fit but that looks doubtful. Top 2,000 from the 20,131 move on to next week

Bump.

Can we get this sorted Sheriff, seems a bit daft that the £20 prize for best draft has held up all the straightforward payouts for this amount of time.

Can the other prizes be deciphered and listed up here and sent to respective winners.?

On the one hand, I understand Sheriff has been busy with other things and real life stuff has a nasty habit of getting in the way of a £20 fantasy football league. Sheriff has posted a couple of weeks ago to say as much and I'm happy to take him at his word, given this is the fifth season of him being Commissioner. I also know first hand he's put a lot of effort into the running of the league, as he'd transferred all the names across into the Yahoo Dynasty roster because we changed from the ESPN system. He also was excellent with the Dynasty draft and with coordinating all the trades (of which there were many), often at short notice. He's run three leagues, where he started off running one. He's a Mod and I personally consider that to be something of a character reference, given the other Mods in this forum. Plus, frankly, this is not an amount of money really worth running off with. Forget Vegas. It'd barely cover a decent weekend in Bognor Regis.

However (and isn't there so often and so infuriatingly one of those), we are now a month on from the end of the season and we haven't had confirmation of who has won what, let alone had the money sent. It's frustrating for everyone, particularly those of us expecting something back.

There are a lot of things to be totted up and, perhaps, as fun as that is for everyone, it may be that it's too much to coordinate afterwards for one Commish and the likes of Best Draft are best to shelve for future seasons, unless there's a better way of doing it. For now, though, if Sheriff wants a hand with the scores and has the names and details to hand of who drafted whom, I am sure there will be one or two people ITT who are happy to help out. I mean that without being snide, impatient or patronising; it's supposed to be a bit of fun and the admin can, I have no doubt, be a lot for one person to deal with. I have no problem at all in trusting someone else to take care of the details of that particular part of the scores, if Sheriff has the rest and that's all that's holding this up. Maybe you could post the draft results ITT, so we can all see them, and then one or two people could help out with the scores?

I would like to think I know the difference between a genuine hold up and being mugged off. This really doesn't feel like the latter to me, but, if there is a bigger problem here than the admin, blonde has historically been a very understanding place in comparison with most poker forum environments.

Either way, a message and a bit of progress would do the world of good at this point, Sheriff. It's been wonderful fun this season and I've enjoyed it immeasurably. It has been one of the best things on blonde for me and I'm glad I've participated. I'd like that to continue, too. Looking forward to getting it all sorted and - and I mean this - I hope all is well with you, Sheriff.
