I ground out 240k which was 20-25 bbs for 3 hours then had a mini rush to get to 380 when we find AA utg and open to 26 at 12/24k and the Bb jams when it folds to him for 340 total and we held vs 1010

Lost the abs minimum I think when we defended A10dd vs an utg open and flopped 10103 ( I know) and villain bet all 3 streets on a 5, 2 run out but otr he gave a bit of drama as I went to look at his stack so despite wanting to jam I saved myself 150k as he had 55 for the turned house!

Bagged up 523k though for Day 3 so it's not all bad and with 37 left were in with a shot.....

Ok so if you read the updates on the stars blog you would know this hand but if not this is how I roll I got my day started.

Having knocked out a short stack with AA v JJ I was then put to the test by Jason Wheeler and a couple of people had told me not to fold too much vs him so with my wizards cape on I chipped upto 210k before this hand.

I opened 67hh from the cut off to 5100 at 12/2400/300 from 210k and the villain who had qualified on stars and was from Holland decided to 3b from the sb to 15000.  He covered me by about 30k so I felt we were both deep enough to call here and play a pot in position with some nice suited connectors so I called to see a flop of

The villain cbets 24k which felt a touch big but we have top pair and back doors so calling felt like the better option although raising might also be good to protect and control but I called and we saw the

The villain quickly bet 35k and this is always just a call imo so I called and I decided to watch my oppo as the dealer dealt the river to watch his reaction and for to have to act before I have seen the river so after the dealer turned the card he thought for a second and bet out 75k (I had 135k total) and out of the corner of my eye I saw it was a black card but as I turned my head I saw it was the

Now I don't think about hands like some of the sickos on here and probs think about ranges in different way to them when I see them write up hands in pha but we all think about them indirectly so in my head as he has 3b from the sb and I hadn't done anything ool in the first 90 mins of play I didn't think he should have a 6 very often and if he has KK then gl and again in my head 33/22 should just peel pre as were deep enough, so I value jammed the extra 65k and he tanked for 4-5 minutes before saying he can't pass his hand and called with 46cc so I scooped with my kicker playing and a few hands later when I relieved him of the rest of his soldiers he was able to go to his mates and tell them a bad beat story that they should listen to but obv they will probably tell him that's you get for 3betting really light vs an older guy who doesn't like folding much.
