In the regular season this year, there were 312 field goal attempts from under 30 yards - only 11 were missed.

Obv you have to add in the extra pressure of kicking to win the ring but still, missing is still comfortably less likely than Brady Bradying in the final minute..

Giants went from 1.09 to 1.29 when they took the TD.

Don't forget Branch dropped that 25 yarder first play of the drive with 50 seconds left which would have made it much easier for them.

Patriots should have won, forced a few fumbles and couldn't get on top of any, Welker missed the sort of catch he would make in his sleep on the 15 yard line with 4 minutes left, more drops from Gronk and Branch but I'm damn glad that Giants did.

They deserved it more anyway, Patriots are tilting.

Really enjoyed the game last night...all high drama to the end, just what its all about and having the Giants +3.5 and under 54 points helped Smiley

I was following betfair prices in the last 1/4 so I had some clue what was going on.

Congrats Jones and co on the binkage.

Hopefully you guys can help a noob at NFL. I'm looking to back the San Francisco 49ers in next years Super Bowl. I've currently found a price at 20/1 at Bet365, Coral etc.

What do you guys think of this bet? I'm mostly just betting for some interest in getting into American Football. Do prices get considerably shorter as the season begins? I understand it's do with the draft, but if I wanted to back them, would I do it now or wait? And is 20/1 a decent punt? Cheers guys!

I asked Betfair to put next years Superbowl market up earlier today. I just looked and it has appeared, I might seed it later tonight if anyone has a fancy.

I just cant see them being that price come the off. They might have a few cap issues and D Jax looks like he will go, if he does and they don't add well then maybe 16/1,if he doesnt and they do add then maybe 11 or 12 ish imo.
